The Commercial Section of British Embassy Damascus and Trade Partners UK look forward to doing business at SIMA 2001. This is a very important Trade Fair in our commercial calendar enabling us to introduce the quality, durability and innovativety of British products to the Syrian market.
Our staff will be on hand to supply information and contact details of any British company and to advise on the best way of doing business with them. We also invite business people to visit the Commercial Section after the Fair to discuss follow-up action for business success.

Amongst the Arab countries Syria is one of Germany's important trade partners. Finally in November last year the bilateral German – Syrian Agreement on the Consolidation of Foreign Debts was signed. Therefore, we do hope to intensify and enlarge our existing relations. One step will be the German Pavilion at this year's SIMA 2001 with an official participation of the State of Bavaria.
