In these Terms and Regulations for Participation, the term “Exhibitor” shall include all employees, agents of any company, partnership firm or individual to whom space has been allocated for the purpose of exhibiting.
The term “Exhibition” shall mean:

The term “Organizer” shall mean:
SYRIAN INTERNATIONAL MARKETING ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT
- $ 200 / m² for indoor space.
- $ 100 / m² for outdoor space.
They include all exhibition fees, as well as those of advertising, promotion, cleaning up, security and services.
The contract shall be confirmed when the Exhibitor submits the signed application form and pays the Organizer 50% of the participation fees.
The Organizer shall allocate the space in accordance with the nature of the exhibits or in the manner the Organizer deems fit. The Organizer shall reserve the right to change the space allocated to the Exhibitor at any time prior to the commencement of the build up of the Exhibition. Should exceptional circumstances demand such changes, these would be at the discretion of the Organizer. The exhibitors shall not have the right to claim for compensation as a result of the changes.
a. Exhibitors are bound to exhibit the announced products and to manage the exhibits with qualified personnel during the opening hours of the Exhibition.
b. All exhibits must accord with the description as shown in the application form, and be exclusively dedicated for Exhibition. Direct sale is Completely prohibited. If the Exhibitor violates the above-mentioned rules, the Organizer has the right to remove his exhibits or order the dismantling of his stand.
c. Exhibitors are not allowed to sub-let the space allocated to them to other parties either wholly or in part without the written consent of the Organizer.
d. Modifications including decoration such as painting the floor, ceiling and pillars will not be permitted, and the Exhibitor will compensate consequent damage caused to the Exhibition Hall
The Exhibitor shall pay 50% of the participation fees and / or relevant stand charges at the time of signing the application form as a deposit. The balance shall be paid not later than 60 days prior to the opening of the Exhibition.
The Participation fees shall be paid on the due date. Otherwise Organizer has the right to cancel the contract , and in this case, the Exhibition deposit will not be refunded.
In case of total or partial abandonment or rejection of the allocated spaces, the Organizer has the right to cancel the Exhibitor’s application. In this case, the exhibition deposit will not be refunded.
The organizer reserves the right to terminate or postponement the Exhibition if use or occupancy of the Exhibition premises is or will be materially interfered with by reason of fire, strike, earthquake , acts of God , or any other emergency , or act , or event not pertaining to the fault of Organizer during any period of time the availability of which is critical to the successful production of the fair. It is expressly agreed that such a termination shall not constitute a breach of this agreement , and Exhibitors are not entitled to claim damages.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the venue and duration of the Exhibition if exceptional circumstances demand such a change.
All Exhibitors must complete the arrangement and decoration by the date and time stipulated by the Organizer.
Exhibitors shall remove all exhibits from the Exhibition Hall within the period stipulated by the Organizer and shall indemnify the Organizer for loss by reason of delay or damage caused to the Exhibition Hall.
a. The Organizer shall take all reasonable security precautions in the interest of Exhibitors and visitors.
b. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss or theft of or damage to exhibits at the Exhibition Hall during the build-up and dismantling period.
a. Materials used in stand and display construction must be properly fire-protected in accordance with the regulations of Fairgrounds.
b. The Organizer has the right, should circumstances necessitate, to make changes to the Exhibitor’s stand in the interest of fire control.
a. Whenever necessary, the Organizer shall have the right to issue supplementary regulations in addition to those in the Terms and regulations for Participation to ensure the smooth management of the Exhibition.
b. Any additional written regulation / instruction shall form part of the Terms and regulations for Participation. All Exhibitors should adhere to the Terms and conditions of this contract.
c. The Exhibitor shall observe SIMA Fair Terms and Regulations.
In case of any dispute related to the participation contract or related to the right and commitment of any of the parties, it will be solved through local arbitration.
The verdict resulting from the arbitration will be considered as final and binding to all parties.
